Four principles that do not negotiate
Hound was born from years of headhunting methodology practiced in Colombia: how a role is really read, where a sector's talent actually lives, and what separates the right candidate from one who merely sounds right. That methodology was codified into software, so every search starts with everything the previous ones learned.
The map before the search
Before contacting anyone, Hound builds the client's market map: competitors, adjacent sectors, the companies where the role truly exists. A market with no prior map gets built in hours.
The same yardstick for everyone
Every candidate is evaluated against the same weighted rubric, defined with you. When you correct the profile, the correction goes into the rubric, not into a consultant's memory.
Evidence, not promises
The shortlist carries each person's verified employment and the points to validate in the interview. What we could not confirm, we say.
